About the Client
Our Client is one of the longest serving residential Real Estate agencies in Perth's south east suburbs. This is a fast paced business operating in leaps and bounds ahead of their competitors.  Team members are appreciated and valued, testament to this is the amazing staff retention overall.  
The Duties
  • Liaising with sales reps to ensure relevant data is collected, inputted and managed into CRM
  • Providing prospecting lists & plans to sales reps & property/strata management
  • Coordinating all advertising of properties for sale & lease, including online and local print
  • Arranging billboard advertising and managing sign registers
  • Coordinating sales brochures/flyers
  • Maintain window displays
  • Designing advertising templates for the sales team, along with new marketing tools for property/strata management
To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have the following:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience within a similar position within the real estate industry
  • Outstanding attention to detail & time management
  • Collaborative team player, professionalism & a positive attitude
  • Neat, corporate presentation
