Gold Coast Location- Our Client is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join their national team. As a leading provider of Health Insurance to the Corporate and Retail sectors, our Client is focused on developing strong relationships and trust with new and existing clients. As the Corporate Territory Sales Manager, you will inherit a portfolio of accounts which you will be expected to develop and maintain in a highly competitive and expanding market. You will need to have an influential nature which will assist you retain business and enhance employee’s attitudes towards the health insurance industry. As a motivated employee you will also work towards achieving targets and key performance indicators (KPI’s) and also take a strategic approach to business growth. Further key duties include the following: • Planning trips within sales territory/regions and strategically analyse and convert opportunities and leads to maximise market share • Achieve sales targets in Health and Life products as set • Organise, assemble and deliver expenses, intelligence reports and other month end reports to supervisors • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients whilst also providing applicable product and service information • Address membership issues so these do not have a negative impact on key personnel and the retention of the Group • Maintain and expand on Client Data Base (including new clients) • Introduce and/or implement new health & life products and services Ideally you will have previous experience within a health, insurance or medical related role as knowledge of the Health Insurance industry and competitors is highly desired. You will also possess excellent communication skills, a drive to achieve KPI’s, safe work practises and also be able to work autonomously. As extensive travel is required within your allocated territory, the requirement of holding a current drivers licence is essential. Furthermore, you will demonstrate sound knowledge and competence of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
