They are looking for a strong store manager or cluster manager to join the Brisbane team, expansion this year will see the need for a very high calibre manager with ambition to move up the ranks in Queensland.

To be eligible for the role you must have the following:

• Strong Store management background in high volume retail
• Strong staff management and mentoring skills
• Extremely strong customer service focus
• Fantastic merchandising skills and volume experience
• Have managed a team of at least 10 staff
• Understanding of KPI's with the ability to drive sales through their high performing teams.
• Love of Children and Babies, understanding the needs of your customers at this special time.
• Passion for retail in general and a desire to progress.
• Mature mind-set with superior communication skills both oral and written.
• Well presented, well organised, flexible with a bright personality.
