As an Area Manager, your key responsibility will be to successfully over see the operations of your stores while driving and motivating your team to succeed on the floor. You will have unwavering energy and enthusiasm towards your role and be constantly driving and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service. The key accountabilities of the role include: Achieving, Analysis and driving sales targets & KPI's Operational excellence People management and team development Training and mentoring Visual MerchandisingTo be successful you will have recent and proven FASHION Retail Area Management experience of a minimum of 5-7 stores for a minimum of 3-5 years, a passion for motivating and managing your team, planning & rostering skills, strong leadership, the ability to drive team performance, coaching and staff development skills.
