We currently have a unique opening for a seasoned REGIONAL MANAGER based in Brisbane. This position is available for immediate start.

The ideal applicant will based in QLD although be able to travel with NO restrictions. You will possess strong leadership skills within a multi site role and have a previous pharmacy MULTI SITE background.

In addition you will be required to meet the following criteria:

• Understand the responsibilities associated within a Business development role
• Have previously been responsible for staff recruitment, training and development
• Is honest and reliable with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload.
• Full business acumen including KPI management, P&L and shrinkage management
• Has the ability to travel within your region including early travel commitments if necessary.
• Is flexible with work commitments, covering a 7 day work week if necessary
• Thrives within an autonomous role
• Has the ability to conduct work from a home office in addition to creating a presence within your store and a presence within the head office.
