There has become an exciting opportunity in their Fitzroy store for a Store Manager!  You will work closely with 2IC and utilise your retail management expertise to lead a team and progress your career within the company.  You will be exposed to all aspects of management and store operations.

To be successful you will hold the following attributes:

• Previous experience in management for a large format fashion store and team
• Training & Team Development
• Excellent customer service skills/dispute resolution skills
• Roster management and stock management skills
• Store presentation and merchandising expertise
• Positive work attitude and enthusiasm

You will lead by example, and ensure all customers have a pleasant shopping experience through your own customer service skills and staff mentoring.

This is a fulltime, permanent position which will be an immediate start for the right person.  Close to public transport, and parking near by.
