Job responsibilities include:

• Driving sales in the business and maximising profit
• Overseeing all operations in store and insuring policies and procedures are being met
• Ensuring all visual merchandising standards are being met and maximising sales
• Coach lead and develop teams and succession planning
• HR ,recruiting and training
• Performance management
• Ensuring all financial are in check wages,shrinkage and budgets
• Driving KPIs in store
• Strategic management and problem solving

What we are looking for:

• Strong store /multi site experience in retail preferable fashion or accessories
• Strong leadership skills,coaching and mentoring
• Drive and passion for sales and going above and beyond budget
