Due to internal promotion, my client is seeking an AREA MANAGER to oversee a QLD region of 15 boutiques and 3 Concessions.

Reporting into the State Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for -

• managing the financials and ensuring accountabilty for sales, wages and shrinkage targets are in line with profit projections
• ensuring stock consolidations are maximised in maintaining gross profit margins in addition to ensuring all Policy and Procedure standards are adhered to at store and state level
• ensuring all staff are trained in sales technique and gridded to maximise both sales and customer service expectation
• providing guidance to the Store Managers in ensuring their store personnel are both trained and developed in line with company standard as well as in line with company values
• working with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure all stores are on brand visually and working in conjunction with state guidelines
• ensuring the following KPI areas are managed appropriately including, sales, service, wages, shrinkage, multi-sale rates and staff development
