Here is your opportunity to work with a leading Property Management team who doesn t play second priority to the sales department. Great emphasis is placed on their efficiency and training to ensure they continue to be recognised as their market benchmark for service, knowledge, professionalism and results. You will be given a portfolio of approximately 150 properties to efficiently manage with the assistance of a Leasing & Business Development Specialist.

Your busy day will include, but not be limited to:

• Day-to-day management of approximately 150 properties
• Arrears minimisation, repairs & maintenance
• Ingoing, outgoing, routine inspections and reporting
• Maintaining very strong existing client relationships
• Tribunal
• Rent reviews

To be considered as an addition to the team, you will need to display the following:

• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
• Immaculate presentation and ability to communicate succinctly
• Outstanding time management skills
• Current Cert of Registration, NSW driver s licence and vehicle
