Due to a number of high profile mergers in recent years, the organisation is currently undergoing a number of complex IT migration/transition projects.

To be considered for these opportunities, you must have a strong mix of the following key skills:-

  • Experience in Websphere/Java best practices (application, system & infrastructure design)
  • Solution design experience utilising Websphere
  • Infrastructure operational design to support Websphere environments
  • Provide coaching and training to less experienced people
  • Strong, clear communicator
  • Strong experience in negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience in complex clustered environments
  • Java, J2EE experience
