To be considered for these opportunities, you must have a strong mix of the following key skills:-
- Experience in Websphere/Java best practices (application, system & infrastructure design)
- Solution design experience utilising Websphere
- Infrastructure operational design to support Websphere environments
- Provide coaching and training to less experienced people
- Strong, clear communicator
- Strong experience in negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience in complex clustered environments
- Java, J2EE experience
