Responsibilities
- Develop brand management as a strategic tool for the Asia Pacific region supporting the market development goals in Asia Pacific
- Conduct training programs for educating colleagues in the region on brand management, and the brand delivery process
- Offer strategic guidance to the business units, to enable them to benefit from the potential of the corporate brand
- Have execution responsibility for the implementation of corporate brand communication activities in the region
- Analyze and put together reports of market research / brand surveys; guide brand development in industry groups marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications
- 10 years experience in the Marketing or related industry, with international / regional exposure
- Solid experience in managing all areas of marketing communications, e.g. branding, marketing, advertising, and a plus on training / consultancy experience
- Familiar in working at a multi-national, cross-cultural, and highly-matrix organization
- Excellent in both spoken and written English (Mandarin a plus)
- Creative, independent, enthusiastic
