Due to steady commercial growth there is a vacancy in the marketing team for an Assistant Customer Analytics & Campaign Management to deliver a broad mix of analyses, including customer profiling, segmentation, predictive models, post campaign analysis and ad-hoc projects
Responsibilities
- Execute in-base marketing campaigns effectively from identifying target group, target list generation and delivery to touch points and post campaign evaluation
- Collaborate with internal business users in identifying analyses needs and communicating campaign results and insight for continued improvement
- Assist in generating regular reporting on business performance and customer usage
- Partner with IT to follow-through on data enhancement and drive the integrity and high quality of customer data
Requirements
- University degree holder in Database Marketing, Statistics, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 1-3 years experience in customer analytics
- Highly numerate and passionate about solving business problems and identifying business opportunities using analytics
- Proficiency in relational databases in either desktop or server-based (e.g. SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle) and query & reporting tools (e.g. Business Object, MS Access, and SQL)
- Knowledge in statistical modeling is a definite advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
