Our client is a global leader in blood management solutions. As a result of rapid expansion they are now looking for a driven and proactive Group Product Manager to cover the region. You will have solid experience within the pharmaceutical space and be able to develop and execute successful marketing plans for the Group

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute marketing plans for Asia Pacific including setting strategic direction in terms of positioning, pricing and promotional strategies & tactics
• Provide product line management and conduct market analysis to support the market development of new products
• Participate in new product launches and develop an effective tracking system to evaluate customer acceptance & collect case reports
• Develop regional reference centres and support advocates development to be our regional speakers, organize scientific meetings, experience sharing forum & video shows
• Develop & provide trainings and product demonstrations to distributors & customers, build & maintain expert product knowledge
• Manage the product changes process, and communicate appropriate product, market, clinical, competitive information to field organization
• Act as a key liaison with global organizations on product related enquiries, issues handling and requests
• Lead, coach and manage marketing staff to perform well with the assigned products and projects, provide guidance and training to develop staff and help build a high performance team

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder or above. Master in Science is preferred
• 7 years + experience in international sales and marketing in the healthcare field
• Field sales experience is preferred
• Must be able to travel for up to 50% of time
• Strong in product development and market management
• Have strong working relationship with blood banks
• Result-oriented and have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to develop and execute marketing plans
• Potential to absorb comprehensive technical knowledge
