Looking for a new challenge in 2012? We are looking for an enthusiastic and energeticpersonal assistant/sales support officer. This role is extremely fast pacedand it would bean advantage to have some mortgage industry, finance salessupport or real estate experienceas we need someone who can hit the groundrunning, however this is not essential if you're the sort of person who is able to pick things up quickly.
This job is in a great Richmond location and car parking is provided.
Duties Include but are not limited to:

Maintaining files, data bases and other records

Entering applications for finance and submitting applications to financiers.

Prepare finance documents and contracts.

Completing financial transactions to the point of settlement

Following up invoices, insurance, waivers, and other documentation

Maintaining regular Work in Progress reports

Providing quotes to potential clients as required.
The successful candidate must be able to use their initiative in completing tasksand have ademonstrated ability to work independently, multi task and the energy to keep things constantly moving. If sothen this could be the job for you.
