Our client the world leading BSS and OSS supplier is seeking an experienced Organisation Change Lead to join its operations.

- The Change Management Lead will work closely with the Programme Business Support Team who engaged directly with the business to understand and advocate views. The individual will work collaboratively with the business and the technical work streams to develop and implement effective strategies and processes to enable the successful implementation of the Programme. These strategies and processes should maximize the benefits and lower risks for all stakeholders. This individual will lead team efforts to establish service level objectives, monitor customer relations, and support deployment planning initiatives, including the assessment of organizational change readiness, delivery of communications, and work closely with the Business Deployment and Training teams.
- The Organisation Change Lead must be excellent communicator, tactful diplomat, problem solver and out of the box thinker - with the ability to understand and respond to customer and business needs in rapidly changing business environment.
Job Description:
- Build and lead a Change Management Team, and oversee day-to-day team activities;
- Work closely with the Programme Business Support team as a joint OCM team
- Develops key relationships with project sponsors, agency executives, Change Champions, and other programme supporters to successfully manage change efforts within the organisation. Activities may include leadership alignment workshops, Change Champion events, user forums, etc.
- Develop and implement organisational transition programs, communication plans, and training plans;
- Conduct business change readiness assessment and identify gaps and potential solutions;
- Identify critical change management issues and provide transition strategies to facilitate a smooth migration of stakeholders to a new system implementation;
- Design and develop communications plans and work with the business stakeholders to produce effective communication materials (to diverse audiences);
- Promote open communications through frequent and regular team meetings and one-on one conversations;
- Work closely with teams to define system user roles;
- Oversee and manage the design and development teams responsible for the training needs analysis, and training materials;
- Work closely with the Business Readiness and Deployment and Training Team
Requirements:
- University degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
- Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communications and time management skills;
- Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members, and capable of motivating teams to maximise performance.
- Have experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
- You will need to sustain client confidence and work confidently at senior levels.
- Successfully collaborate with various teams and build strong relationships;
- Must be team-focused and comfortable to interact effectively across functions and with all levels of employees and management, and must have a customer-service attitude;
- Must be able to work independently in a multi-tasking environment, and be able to respond seamlessly to changes in direction;
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Excellent communication facilitation and presentation (written and oral);
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks against set deadlines;
