Our client is one of the worlds most highly esteemed advertising agencies. Due to their continued success they are looking for a Project Manager to join their digital team based in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate would join an international team and be required to manage the end-to-end process of the project lifecycle. They would also be key in coordinating and liaising between different departments as well as between creatives, account servicing and developers . This is an excellent move for a motivated talent to join an ambitious team.

Responsibilities

• Scope, manage and deliver the end-to-end delivery of the project lifecycle
• This PM will have client contact and be client-facing
• Furthermore they will be expected to have experience of managing web builds and online campaigns.
• responsible for writing the project scopes, functional specifications, estimating project costs, risks and assumptions
• set timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of the digital campaigns or projects.
• Manage projects to delivery within timeline and budget
• Handle multiple accounts
• Counsel and educate clients on digital
• Stay up to date with web technology knowledge
• Produce project plans and briefs for creatives and developers
• Keep production on track

 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in digital project management, preferably with agency experience
• Knowledge of digital marketing technologies
• Fluent English, Chinese a strong advantage
