Our client is a well established luxury brand with boutiques across the globe. Due to expansion, they are looking for an assistant training manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
To work closely with Training Manager Hong Kong, local fashion divisions as well as Regional Training Department to:
- Assist in the preparation and translation of training materials
- Conduct training for Boutique Managers, all levels of Sales Staff as well as the office team
- Assist in the coordination of Mystery Shoppers Program including mechanics, execution and draw up training action plan after each wave on the areas of improvement
- Provide follow up and coaching new Fashion Advisors to ensure application of knowledge and skills learnt during training, especially on new Fashion Advisors coaching
- Assist to provide coaching to upgrade BM coaching skills
- Assist in the follow-up of training programs
Requirements
- University graduate with at least 3 years solid training experience
- Require basic knowledge of training needs assessment, program development and training presentation / facilitation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with people at different level
- Computer literate
- Good command in written and spoken English / Mandarin / Cantonese
- Mature and work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in retail field would be a plus
