Due to steady commercial growth there is a vacancy in the marketing team for an Assistant Manager, Loyalty Marketing to formulate and execute loyalty programs in Hong Kong
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute loyalty programs that ensure customer stickiness brand power
- Conduct database analysis and identify opportunities to elevate customer loyalty, ARPU and brand advocacy (WOM)
- Manage the delivery of consumer marketing contract extension through all channels (including retail, CRM, outsourced TM, etc)
- Analyse, and keep track on the re-contracting program and churn rates to identify area for improvement
- Regular review and enhancement on re-contracting treatment model and process / with seamless approaches/ executions like cross selling, bundle promotions, etc (incl script, call flow, briefing etc) based on customer need-state and profitability
- Develop and execute all marketing programs with pre & post analysis across a specific brand or portfolio.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years relevant marketing and commercial experiences
- In depth knowledge of mobile market and global technology trends
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing retail and channel marketing, preferably on segment-based and CRM
- Experience in brand management, development and marketing communications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
