Our client is an international leading advertising agency that is famous for their management of global brands and campaigns. Due to their continued success they are seeking an innovative creative to join their team and assist in leading projects as a Senior Art Director, to be based inBeijing.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and be able to supervise all creative output from the company. They will have a strong industry interest and keep up to date on trends and innovative methods. This is an excellent move for a designer to join an international agency representing major clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop the visual identity on a variety of accounts including packaging and corporate identity
• Work closely with the Senior Copywriter to develop creative concepts
• Assist in supervising entire creative process from establishing the concept to co-ordinating third parties to overseeing printing quality
• Produce rough creative drafts, collateral and fulfill other creative needs
• Supervise layout and ensuring messaging remains strong and consistent in all creative output
• Present and consult with clients
• Manage and mentor a junior team

 Requirements

• 6-7 years creative experience in a large international agency
• Fluency in English and Mandarin critical
