This role will see you become the first point of contact for this Australian owned and operation eCommerce solutions provider. As a result, it is imperative that you have exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will be required to provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level Support of the organisations applications including debugging of their software.
You pride yourself on your issue analysis - you must be able to use your initiative to quickly determine whether you are capable of resolving an issue effectively and efficiently or whether you should escalate to the organisation's dedicated developers. You must have experience writing SQL queries - this is essential to your success in this role and you will have already gained some experience in the .Net development space.
