• Brisbane Based Coal Geologist Role
• $125K - $189K based on experience

You are a Tertiary qualified Geologist or equivalent, with a minimum of three years coal based experience, looking for a opportunity to join a growing consulting company with a great reputation. My client provides a wide range of services to the resources industry from start up companies to the big boys!

Your new role will include resource estimation, audit and due diligence studies, resource modelling and mine design, technical reporting in accordance with the JORC code, client liaison, preparation of proposals and project planning.
 
You will enjoy being an involved team member working with a professional team in a successful working environment. The ability to work in a multi-disciplined team on specific projects is essential and you will relish the challenge to build of your current skills to enhance and broaden your experience.
 
You will have developed skills in mining software (Vulcan and Minescape preferred) and a proven ability to communicate with clients at all levels.  Obviously your interpersonal, negotiation and report writing skills will be second to none and an open communication style providing geological support are all highly rated.
