We are a leading international company and are seeking an innovative and autonomous Marketing Coordinator to take responsibility for our day-to-day marketing coordination and in-house marketing. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be exposed to the full range of marketing activitiers working in a B2B environment and collaborating with the sales team.

This is a varied and exciting role, working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement marketing plans and programs, coordinating events and conferences and assisting with projects and promotions. Your duties include:

• Contributing to the success of the division to ensure market growth and profitability
• Developing marketing concepts and in-house promotions
• Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Developing and implementing the Marketing Plan
• Preparing creative marketing collateral
• External market research
• Conference coordination, attendance and display management
• Updating product information and price lists
• Responsibility for ordering and tracking all promotional items
• Support for the sales activities

You are an innovative and creative individual with the ability to work autonomously and possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in a Marketing Coordinator position ideally in a health care related role
• Understanding of working in a B2B environment
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a high level of written and verbal communication skills
• Are flexible and adaptable, being able to meet deadlines
• Able to multitask and prioritise
• Possess a marketing qualification
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced computer literacy
• HTML skills

Other system experience such as an ERP, Access Database, and CRM Cognos is an advantage
