Job Description As the Retention Marketing Executive your key focus will be the ongoing churn reduction of SMB. This includes campaign management of a multi-faceted direct marketing campaign and integration of these campaigns across multiple sales channels. You will balance this activity through the development and implementation of subsidy saving strategies. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have extensive direct marketing experience and proven experience in an analytical and insights based marketing role. You will hold a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related business degree and have solid operational marketing and campaign management experience.
