The Opportunity:
 
Leading Queensland Construction Company with a proven history of delivering quality projects is seeking a Dynamic Business Development/Marketing Advisor to develop and maintain business relationships and drive key marketing initiatives.
 
The Role:
 
Reporting to General Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the company.

In addition you will be responsible but not limited to the following:
 
Manage marketing plans in line with company budgets
Identify new business opportunities and report all relevant information from Senior Management and Project Managers
Prepare and Communicate new marketing policies, processes and systems
Develop and Maintain Business Development, Customer and Tender databases.
Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting in a timely manner
 
The Requirements: 
 
5 - 7 years Business Development Experience primarily with EPCM or Construction Companies
Well developed relationships within the EPCM, Resources or Construction Industry
Superior communicator with excellent client liaison, organisational and management abilities
Sound knowledge of tender preparation, execution and bidding
Proven Skills in Time Management and Meeting Deadlines
