Overview:Leading e-Commerce Online retailer require an experienced Digital Marketing Manager.
Dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholder you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy in the role, be able to express and run with your ideas and bring your digital knowledge to the table. Good experience with Direct Marketing and eDMs will be an advantage The role:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position is responsible for:
- End-to-end campaign development, implementation and management for all marketing initiatives, and all seasonal campaigns for the website / e-commerce site
- Management of the campaign budgets
- Drive traffic to the website and beyond the landing page
- eDMs/Direct Marketing
- Social Media
- SEO, SEM
- Act as a brand custodian for the transactional website, ensuring correct application of the brands across all marketing communications.
- Identify and act on new opportunities to promote the website
- Work closely with cross functional work teams to ensure campaign deliverables are met
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement marketing programs
- Provide timely post-campaign analysis and reporting, ensuring campaign learnings are actively applied to future activities to maximise marketing return on investment (ROI)
You will have: - Ideally a background in e-Commerce or e-tail
- Retail marketing experience, online retail marketing experience
- 360 Digital and Traditional marketing
- Relevant tertiary education
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data and insights
- Good track record in campaign planning and end-to-end management across a broad spectrum of communication mediums
- Strong relationship-building & influencing skills across lines of business and functional areas
- Good time and budget management skills
