In a project designed to revolutionise their approach to market, this is the kind of opportunity that could boost your research and insights career to the next level. Putting improved customer insights at the centre of everything they do, this organisation is now seeking the expertise of experienced Market Research Professionals to inform their broader customer insights strategy.

As an experienced Marketer or Research professional you will manage a small team to investigate and review qualitative and quantitative data sources, making recommendations to influence future buying, marketing and business innovations. Critical to your success will be the ability to engage key stakeholders across the business (buyers, planners, design and sales) to ensure commercial outcomes from your recommendations are achieved.

You will be a strong leader, with substantial experience in market research/customer insight, gained within a large corporate, retail or research agency environment. Exposure to retail insights and customer buying behaviour would be highly advantageous, however similar experience in services context will be considered. Strong communications skills are essential with demonstrated ability to work within cross functional teams and influence at a senior leadership level.
