Job Description The purpose of this role for the business is to provide market research, consumer insights and strategic direction for the Consumer marketing division to aid the marketing decision process for the Consumer area. The role requires the ability to independently manage the market research program for the entire year across all relevant products and stakeholder groups, manage the customer analytics team to conduct segmentation and predictive modelling and play a pivotal role in the fact based decision making and strategic planning. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have proven commercial experience in a consumer and / or market insights role. You will have experience in managing and leading a team.
