Job Description Responsible for maintaining online stores, the eStore Producer controls the up-to-the-minute customer experience throughout the platforms. You will be able to hit the ground running and build strong relationship with the Online Sales strategies, the eStore Producer will ensure a dynamic, responsive environment to maximise usage, revenue and penetration. The Successful Applicant Will: - Work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring strategic initiatives impacting the digital space are delivered not only in line with business requirements but also overall customer experience expectations
- Deliver responsive online campaigns and an on-going up-to-the-minute focus on sales and editorial messaging for a complete customer experience that drives usage, penetration and revenue targets.
- Conduct reviews of relevant new products and sitemaps to ensure consistency of language, tone of voice and fit with target segments.
- Work closely with the Portal Producers where relevant to ensure timely and consistent cross-promotion across divisions
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the topicality, seasonality and excitement of branded websites to increase penetration and customer visits. Ensure editorial quality and consistency are maintained across VHA platforms and is delivered in a clear and credible tone of voice.
- Ensure consistent analysis of executed campaigns and continually published environments to develop understanding of the effectiveness of online media and use these insights to maximise the return from campaigns and destinations on portal.
- Liaise closely with the Senior Digital Analyst and relevant Sales and Marketing representatives to ensure best practice implementation of online sales marketing techniques.
