Your New Employer Our client has been established for almost 30 years and specialises in the distribution of renewable energy solutions. Although their success has dragged them into the installation and commission space it is not their core focus, they are more interested in the marketing and distribution business that has got them to their current size. Over the last few years the solar business has more than doubled in size and is approaching the $100 Million mark. Their in house teams consists of engineers through to warehouse staff and they have an enviable reputation of being able to deliver a high quality product. Their employees are motivated individuals that seem to take a pleasure in the business's success, this culture of participation runs throughout the business and ensures no one is watching the clock. Your New Position Due to the continual growth of the business, they are actively recruiting for a Sydney based Marketing Manager to run their solar division. None of the products are sold directly to the end user, 100 % of the product range is sold through their dealer partners which number close to 100 across the country. The division is performing well and they are half way through a marketing plan that is performing well, the first 6 months of your tenure in this business will be executing the remainder of this plan and optimising it's efficiency. You will manage small team of 4 people and you will report into the director of this business unit. You will have an attractive budget to play with and you will be measured on your lead generations for the dealer partners as well as the growth in revenue for the portfolio. The successful candidate will be rewarded with: - Attractive Base Salary of $110K + Super (flexibility if you have an exceptional background)

Experience Required The ideal candidate is obviously going to come from a Marketing Management background in either the renewable energies space or similar. Other industries such as the construction, electrical or telecommunications will definitely be considered as transferable. You will need to have a demonstrated background in developing both small and large marketing plans, on both large and small budgets. This role will suit an pure marketer that has both B2B & B2C experience who enjoys working in a company where their results can really make an impact.
