Expanding brand promotion company based in South Yarra are looking for a Programmes Coordinator that really shines and 'lights up the office'. As the Programmes Coordinator for this dynamic, fast paced, below the line Marketing agency, you'll utilise your strong customer service, administration and computer skills as part of this small friendly team. Reporting to the Programmes Manager you'll be responsible for assisting in the managing of clients and achieving designated sales, gross profit targets and providing monthly reporting and more! Your responsibilities include: - Manage and servicing portfolios of client accounts
- Manage stock levels
- Conduct monthly & quarterly reports
- Website content management
- Liaising with account managers, clients and suppliers
- Website content management
- Handle telephone & email queries
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required along with a high degree of initiative and lateral thinking. You will need to be highly organised with an eye for detail, be able to self motivate and demonstrate commitment to their high profile and loyal clients. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint are a must! Skills in other graphic based packages such as Illustrator and Photoshop are desirable. Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications would be highly desirable and a proven committed work ethic is essential.
