An amazing opportunity has become available within an innovative multi-national manufacturer of specialised products. This role calls for an experienced Marketing Assistant to engage in a part time position (3 days per week), for a 12 month period.

Based in Rowville, this niche business is seeking an individual who will be pivotal in supporting the Marketing Communications Manager and successfully executing all marketing communication activities.

Your role will include the following:

  • Job sharing with another Marketing Communications Coordinator to liaise with advertising agencies and other promotional service providers including web site maintenance, POS material and customer service centre activities
  • Management of the marketing communications budget, budget tracking, order placement, invoice processing
  • Managing current and historical record of marketing communication assets including logos, photographic images and related artwork files and supporting documentation in both electronic and hard format
  • Assisting in the management of consumer warranty programs
  • Ensuring trademark protection policies to ensure correct usage of brand names are adhered to by marketing personnel, vendors and customers
  • General administrative tasks

Preferably tertiary qualified in Marketing, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication as well as solid administrative skills. Computer literacy in MS Excel is essential for this role, as well as exceptional interpersonal and time management skills.


This role places more emphasis on the administrative functions rather than marketing strategy and creativity.
