One of Australia's leading service providers are looking for 2 x Property Auditors for large-scale government asset maintenance contract covering the Sydney area. Reporting to the Maintenance Planner, the objective of the role is to audit assets including commercial buildings, grounds and utilities to update and consolidate information into the Asset Register for purposes of putting preventative maintenance schedules in place, with the ultimate goal of calculating life cycle cost analysis. You must come from a carpentry or building background, as have strong computer skills. You need trade-based knowledge to perform the asset audit of equipment including fencing, emergency and exit lighting, fires services equipment including fire extinguishers and hose reals and general building assets.
