Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Branch Administration Assistant for the Karratha office. Applicants will preferably have some sales and or customer service experience however the client is willing to provide training for the right person.
The position of Service & Rental Coordinator has two broad areas of responsibility. With regards to Service, the incumbent coordinates paperwork for incoming service and repair for the company products. For Rental, the incumbent provides first level support to the external sales team in the promotion of the rental fleet and maintains existing clients through the provision of rental information and service levels that meet customers? expectations.
The Branch Assistant objective is being the 'front of house' to customers, reception management and directing customers to the appropriate member of staff within the organisation.
