Apprenticeship Site Support Advisor WorkPac are currently looking for expressions of interest for; Advisor Apprenticeship Site Support role at Cape Lambert & Dampier. The role is responsible for the provision of apprenticeship guidance and advice to sites and for the co-ordination of apprenticeship activities (with support from the Apprentice Trainers in Dampier and Cape Lambert). Apprenticeship Site Support Advisors are allocated to each site and their role is to: Guide the apprentice and Site through their apprenticeship Programs Monitor apprentice progress in regards to apprentice training and workplace responsibilities Liaise with Site Supervisors to ensure apprentices are progressing in line with the apprenticeship requirements (blueprint document) Oversee apprentice work performance Essential to the role is highly developed communication skills, people skills and an ability to form strong working relationships with site teams and apprentices.
