We are seeking Chefs, cooks, Food & Beverage Attendants and kitchen hands for a sporting event.
About the Role
Opportunities exist for competent and experienced Hospitality Professionals with trade qualifications (minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery). Ideally, you will have experience in a buffet environment, working under pressure in a fast paced kitchen.
Your time management skills, strong focus on safety and knowledge of HAACP Food Handling procedures will set you up for success as well as your flexibility with rosters and availability.
These roles are offered on a casual basis, with work on event days and during the week.
To be considered for this role applicants MUST HAVE:
?Previous experience within a kitchen environment
?Minimum Certificate III in Commercial cookery
?Experience in a functions kitchen
?A strong team player approach
?Ability to commit to shifts at short notice
