Call Centre / Administration Officer
This position is responsible for the national provision of exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and to clients. Services include processing of online and phone bookings, data entry, follow-up phone and electronically send results
Key Result Areas:
? Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service to both internal stakeholders and customers on a national basis.
? Excellent verbal communication and customer engagement skills that build sustainable relationships of trust.
? Must be able to adapt to dynamic, quickly changing telecommunications environment which will require a knowledge of all service functions including bookings, data entry, follow up and result processes.
? Ability to work under pressure with demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain allocated Key Performance Indicators
? Ability to work in a very structured environment with a diverse workforce.
? Must be able to utilize head
