Our client is seeking an experienced Safety Advocate local to the Darwin Area. They are seeking someone to sit in between the site safety officers and the safety manager to monitor and assist with the safety requirements of this 4801 certified family business.
Basic responsibilities will be:
Conduct and assist with Safety Audits
Monitor and maintain safety specific Checklists
Assist with the maintenance of AS 4801 accreditation by maintaining an internal focus on Safety.
Assist the Site Safety officers and Safety Manager where needed.
You will be experienced in Civil and Commercial Construction with a passion or some experience in Safety. A qualification is not necessary but will be funded for the right applicant.
