We require the following role to be filled for a six month period. The role will be located in the Darwin Office.
Job Title and Level: Document Control and Administration Assistant
Register project documents into Prolog and catalogue records into eRoom, provide document control report and follow project close out plan for handover of deliverables to operations.
Catalogue historical records into the archiving solution using existing procedures. Report regularly on progress of key requirements to identified stakeholders.
Ability to work unsupervised. Previous projects document control or library cataloguing experience necessary. Experience with the following applications required Microsoft office suite, Adobe, eRooms, Prolog. Experience with the following applications preferred TIMS Enterprise (Trimagic) and iPassDM.
Hours Per Day: 8hrs
Roster: 5 days/2 off Monday to Friday
