HR Business Partner

Provides specialist advice to employees and line managers on the effective execution of people processes including workforce planning, talent, reward &by partnering with the line to develop their workforce and influence the culture and performance of the organisation.
Core Functional Accountabilities
Business Partnership (BP)
Identifies and implements HR BP improvement initiatives with support from HR Analysis and Improvement.
Provides counsel on the data, policies and frameworks available to support people-related critical decisions.
Drives consistent expectations, understanding and application of people processes.
Works with line to resolve HR people-related queries.
Performs internal exit interviews in alignment with framework.
Employee Relations (ER)
Facilitates the implementation of the Code of Business Conduct Training, employee value proposition related initiatives and local employment stand
