Ideally 5+ years experience (min 3 years) working with multi-site (and ideally multi-facet) organisations with more than 100 employees.
Microsoft certifications(s) pertaining to support based roles particularly for MS Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, Exchange/O365, SQL, Dynamics CRM, IIS, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Desktop OS?s WinXP, WIN 7,8,8.1,10.
Ability to provide clear concise support via phone, email and in person to staff at all levels (including senior management team) with ability to prioritise work and have sense of urgency with excellent phone etiquette.
Previously usage of support tools and familiar with providing remote support.
Understanding of IP Telephony, communications, LANs VLANs and WAN, Firewalls, Switching and Routing devices and protocols.
Network monitoring, problem identification and ability to implement solutions through to problem resolution.
Ability to create/maintain documentation and follow
