Our client is seeking to appoint a robust and extremely well organised Executive Assistant with a construction industry or real estate background.
The Executive Assistant will support the Director, other senior stakeholders when required and will encompass a range of EA and other duties including:
Reporting (costing etc.)
Provide Director with summaries on various projects
Staff and client liaison
Preparation of correspondence and documents
Undertaking any adhoc tasks requested by the Director
Attend after hour functions from time to time
High attention to detail
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Strong work ethic
