If you've been qualified for 4 years or more and have a background in Insurance litigation or Dispute Resolution and have a strong sense of social justice, this might be the role for you. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of complex complaints and disputes and to carry out detailed investigations, review and analyse all the material provided, including all policies, PDS and other relevant material, conduct any necessary legal or other research and prepare correspondence and for all parties. In addition, you will need to initiate discussions with all relevant parties with a view to reaching mutually agreeable resolutions for which you will need demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills skills.
