The firm is located in prestigious offices with views spectacular views. Supporting a reputable Partner within the Commercial Litigation team, you will be highly involved with diary management, liaising with high profile clients, assisting with additional marketing functions, submitting timesheets and assisting with monthly billings, opening and closing files, Dictaphone typing, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, production of correspondence, reports, presentations and correspondence and general secretarial duties.

To be successful for an interview with this stable and growing employer, you must have proven Commercial Litigation experience, previous legal billing experience, advanced MS Office skills, typing speed of 65 wpm +, confidence in liaising with people at all levels, be proactive, professionally presented and spoken and must show great enthusiasm and take pride in their work.
