The friendly team now require an energetic, experienced Personal Injuries Lawyer / Solicitor to share in their success and be involved in shaping the direction, business growth and presence of this well know firm.

As a PI Lawyer / Solicitor you must possess:

- A minimum of 2 years PAE in QLD PI law (plaintiff).
- A high level of familiarity with; WorkCover, motor vehicle
accidents, public liability, medical negligence and/or
catastrophic claims.
- The demonstrated ability to draft letters of advice, briefs and
court documents.
- Exceptional time/cost management, including experience
with time recording, cost calculations and billing.
- A solid track record of achieving and exceeding budgetary
targets.
- A strong knowledge of court rules and Acts.
- Superior negotiation and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for Personal Injury Law and a
commitment to providing clients with a superior level of
service.
