An opportunity has arisen for a full-time experienced intermediate to senior Legal Secretary to join the Melbourne office of this Premier Australian Corporate Law Firm. Working in the Banking & Finance team, you will need to be flexible, energetic and enthusiastic with a bright and positive attitude to your work! Supporting two Partners and other lawyers in this team, your duties will include: - Monthly billing
- Travel arrangement
- Diary management
- Preparing and editing documents
- Photocopying, filing, scanning
Previous Legal experience is essential. Ideally you will have accurate and efficient typing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advanced computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Your strong organisational skills and your ability to focus on delivering excellence with strong attention to detail as well as being adaptable to work within a team and autonomously will secure this role. Hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Experience within a top-tier firm highly desirable.
