Due to growth, this is a newly created position which will offer you the opportunity to shine supporting a Senior Associate and lawyers in the Employment and Industrial Relations Group.
Your key responsibilities will include :-
- Filing, photocopying and scanning document
- Preparation of client correspondence and legal documents
- Organise meetings
- Assist with monthly expenses and timesheet entry
- Dicta-phone typing
- Ordering stationery for the group
- Assist Senior Legal Secretaries with overflow administration and secretarial tasks
To be guaranteed an interview with this great employer, you must :-
- Possess 1-2 years experience as a Legal Secretary
- Be Intermediate MS Word and Basic MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
- Have confidence in dealing with people at all levels
- Be professionally presented and spoken
- Have a typing speed 50wpm+
- Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and take pride in their work
