Ideal Candidate You will have a strong customer service background, ability to handle high volume of calls and have SOME experience in basic admin and computer tasks. Providing quality administrative support, your responsibilities will include: - Answering and managing incoming calls
- Investigation of claims
- Liaising with clients (both internal & external)
- Co-ordinating appointments for clients
- Day-to-day administrative support.
- Preparing and writing letters
