An opportunity for a 6 month contract exists in IT for a Help Desk. In this role you will be responsible for providing first level customer service and incident resolution to all users of technology. You will provide end to end ownership of customer requests, resolving issues by using appropriate technical resources Reporting to the IT Help Desk Team leader other duties will include: Provide a high level of customer service ensuing customers are regularly kept up to date with the process of their requests Comply with IT policies, procedures and frameworks Ensure that all incidents and requests that cannot be resolved are escalated appropriately Display behaviour that promotes a full exchange of ideas and encourage others to participate Provide leadership by supporting the development of fellow team members To be successful previous Help Desk experience is required and an awareness of ITIL and /or experience working within an ITIL framework will...
