Our client, a household name and leader in the Australian wealth management industry, is seeking a Case Manager to join them in a long term and specialised project.
Commencing immediately, we are looking for mature minded, experienced and articulate professionals with a solid background and knowledge of the superannuation & pensions industry. Defined benefit product knowledge would be a huge advantage.
As a Case Manager, you will be engaged in qualitative conversations with clients, where you will demonstrate your exceptional listening and customer service skills. Previous experience dealing with sensitive issues would be of great value, as you will need to provide a considerate and thoughtful approach with every call. Perhaps you have dealt with complaints or escalated issues, or are a seasoned professional when it comes to spending time with customers to explain things in simple, clear and reassuring language.
