Bill Production / Operations Analyst - IT Services Company - Macquarie Park Based - Permanent

Our client requires an experienced Bill Production Analyst with prior experience working within a large SAP Bill Production Environment. This is not an Accounts Receivable / Payable role. Only Bill Production People need apply as AP & AR are not suitable for this role.

You will be working in a large Bill Production Environment utilising Excel and SAP to generate invoices and do reporting on billing data.
  
ESSENTIAL BILL PRODUCTION SKILLS:

• Previous bill production experience in a complex billing environment
• Minimum experience of 2 years working with SAP in a bill production environment creating invoices (not in an AP/AR capacity) 
• Process improvement experience
• Advanced MS Excel user
• IT Industry knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record in providing superior customer service
